Breakfast/Lunch Juice: Kale, parsley, mint, basil, cilantro, carrots, apples, grapes, celery, pears, and [not pictured] watermelon

Carrots, broccoli, parsley, romaine, yellow bell pepper, apples, celery, [not pictured] raspberries, cucumber, and strawberries.
Making watermelon, parsley, kale, collard, mint juice for me and my mom later on. :)
My little juice fast is over… but that doesnt mean that I am stopping juicing…
I only did the juice fast so that I can cleanse my body of whatever was going on with it. I had kept feeling like I couldn’t breathe and that my heart was hurting and working way too hard.
I just wanted to cleanse my body’s need for unhealthy/processed foods. Which I think worked. I am going to be more strict on myself to use juice to substitute two meals and eating one solid meal a day.
I have to be strict, because by the time I leave to go back to my college state I want a good health foundation for continuing my healthy lifestyle change.
This juice fast is only lasting 4 days.
I added on an extra day because I was a cheater yesterday. But I am sitting here… Starving and I already drank my juice! What to do?!
[EDIT] - I HAD TO EAT A SANDWICH! D: It was on whole wheat bread and was chicken salad. I was so hungry… I couldn’t take it.
Dinner juice: Green and yellow bell pepper, collards, romaine lettuce, apples, celery, a lemon, peaches, nectarine, and [not pictured] watermelon
Not gonna lie… today was really hard. I cheated a little. Had a little piece of dark chocolate, and ate a few cherries; but I made it through day one…
All I really want is a chicken salad sandwich!
Day 1 - Breakfast/Lunch Juice: Kale, parsley, broccoli, green bell pepper, cauliflower, yellow bell pepper, cabbage, cucumbers, strawberries, carrots, blueberries, and grapes.
Starting the 10 day juice fast! I have to do this to cleanse my body.
Starting weight: 261.2 (Ugh!)
I will also be doing some yoga and strength training. Wish me luck!
