When I buy fruit and veggies, I always soak them in a 1:4 ratio of vinegar and water to help remove toxins and pesticides. I leave them soaking for up to an hour, longer with nonorganic apples. At the end of the bath, sometimes you can even see cloudy like stuff in the water from the skins and waxes, and dirt on the bottom.

This juice fast is only lasting 4 days.
I added on an extra day because I was a cheater yesterday. But I am sitting here… Starving and I already drank my juice! What to do?!
[EDIT] - I HAD TO EAT A SANDWICH! D: It was on whole wheat bread and was chicken salad. I was so hungry… I couldn’t take it.
Made pizza in nutrition class this morning. so f**king good.

Top picture was yesterdays juice: Honey dew, broccoli, dandelion leaf, asparagus, carrots, blue berries, and celery.
First day of the juice fast: Wheat grass, collard, grapes, pears, green and red apples, ginger, carrots and celery.
Dandelion leaf, green squash, cabbage, celery, mango, orange, tangerine, carrots
Cabbage, collards, strawberries, grapes, green squash, broccoli, and asparagus.
Collards, grapes, wheat grass, pineapple, broccoli, green squash, celery, and strawberries!
Wheatgrass, kale, dandelion, celery, apple, cucumber, apricot, ginger, and raspberry.
I lost a 1lbs!
Celery, green bell pepper, broccoli, assorted lettuce, a orange, green apples. Go juice!!
