I AM OFFICALLY 232.0LBS WHICH MEANS I HAVE OFFICALLY LOST 30LBS!!!!
3lbs away from my THIRD GOAL WEIGHT!
Even though I just lost a pound -sigh- it dawned on me that now I am 3lbs away from reaching my third goal weight (230lbs)
ALSO! Once I get to 232. I would have officially lost (or gotten rid off) 30lbs, since I was 262 when I was at my highest weight!
Yay me! :D Hopefully I can get into the 220s soon!

I am actually back down to 234… trying to see if I can get that number lower before I leave for my hometown on May 9th!
I believe the hardest part about losing weight is not knowing if what you’re doing is making a difference. Results take time and I have little patience. It’s difficult to wait for results. But I know I have to keep pushing and trust that what I’m doing is making a difference. Because the only way you will reach your goal is if you believe in yourself.
I’m so disappointed…
I just realized that I only lost 6lbs this semester… I wanted to be a least 10-15lbs(or more) down by the end of the semester…
according to the scale I gained 2lbs, but according to me, my mirror and how I look/fit in my clothes I think I lost a few lbs/inches.

Had an awful workout!I have to stop 15 minutes into my cardio because my legs started killing me! I even tried to move to the elliptical but that even hurt! :(
I couldn’t even squat. Now I am sad. All I want is to get my thick, round and fit body. :(
