Had an awful workout!I have to stop 15 minutes into my cardio because my legs started killing me! I even tried to move to the elliptical but that even hurt! :(
I couldn’t even squat. Now I am sad. All I want is to get my thick, round and fit body. :(

Not sure how much I weigh at the moment, but I think I am looking fabulous! My stomach has never looked so little! :3 Guess thats what happens when you enjoy your life and lose around 27lbs! :3

Last time I saw that number was… in my end of freshman year/ beginning of sophomore year of high school…

Getting healthier takes time and staying motivated can be a big hurdle so I hope some of these projects help! They’re designed to inspire you to change up your routine, remember how far you’ve come and give you that extra push you need on the hardest days. This should never feel like a punishment, getting fit should be something that makes you happy so fill your days with foods you love, fitness you enjoy and rewards that make you smile!

UUUUUM OKAY I FREAKING LOVE YOU AND THIS AND OMG IT’S JUST SO GREAT
…starting to feel slightly unmotivated… And I just when I was starting to feel great about my fitness. I got on the scale this morning and was 237.8. The scale does not seem like it’s going down anymore and it’s quite discouraging. I am SO CLOSE to being 220… or 210… or even BACK TO THE 100’s!!
I don’t know if my not so great eating habits (my eating habits aren’t horrible [like burgers and milkshakes] but I am eating out more [Vietnamese food, etc.]than I am taking lunch…)are making my weight stay at a stand still or is it my weight training… :/ I don’t know… but I do know that I need to start cooking different foods. Or just keep myself really strict…
Do you guys have any words of motivation…
If you guys want to start lifting these are all fantastic lifts to get you going
I am starting to run on the treadmill and I think I am getting a knack for running.
And I sweat like a FREAK when I run/walk on the treadmill… It’s awesome!
Also I have noticed a major major change in my butt!! I think I is actually getting larger and I feel like I am actually getting stronger! I squat 35lbs now (10x3 reps)… I am going to raise the weight by 5lbs every week. :3 I just now need to seriously work on my abs and arms.
I’ll be able to wear the new dress I bought from Forever 21 [when I tried the dress on in the store… from the front it looked great! but I couldn’t zip it all the way in the back… but I have faith that can fit the dress by the end of the semester!! :3 ]
I think I hit a plateau with my weight loss…
Got on the scale this morning and I was 237.2 (.2lbs I am assume from gaining muscles in my buns)but I can’t be shocked… I haven’t been eating that great… AND I haven’t been spending a ton of time in the gym (30 minutes of cardio[I used to do 45minutes] and squatting 30+ lbs)
I am so bored with my university’s gym though… There cannot be more than 8 people in that gym or it will be RIDICULOUSLY crowded!! I was sick over the weekend, so I wasn’t eating healthy…
I need to gain my will power to deny buying any more food(outside of eating my already expensive groceries!)
