3lbs away from my THIRD GOAL WEIGHT!
Even though I just lost a pound -sigh- it dawned on me that now I am 3lbs away from reaching my third goal weight (230lbs)
ALSO! Once I get to 232. I would have officially lost (or gotten rid off) 30lbs, since I was 262 when I was at my highest weight!
Yay me! :D Hopefully I can get into the 220s soon!

I am actually back down to 234… trying to see if I can get that number lower before I leave for my hometown on May 9th!
I believe the hardest part about losing weight is not knowing if what you’re doing is making a difference. Results take time and I have little patience. It’s difficult to wait for results. But I know I have to keep pushing and trust that what I’m doing is making a difference. Because the only way you will reach your goal is if you believe in yourself.

I’m so disappointed…
I just realized that I only lost 6lbs this semester… I wanted to be a least 10-15lbs(or more) down by the end of the semester…
Sigh…
according to the scale I gained 2lbs, but according to me, my mirror and how I look/fit in my clothes I think I lost a few lbs/inches.
Ms. Scale I am over your lies!
…Very Upset…
Had an awful workout!I have to stop 15 minutes into my cardio because my legs started killing me! I even tried to move to the elliptical but that even hurt! :(
I couldn’t even squat. Now I am sad. All I want is to get my thick, round and fit body. :(
Try not to be so hard on yourself, sweetie! The most important thing is that you went, even if you didn’t finish with an hour workout like you might have hoped to, you still finished. Remember, some people haven’t even gotten started! You took initiative and tried. So, you don’t feel amazing and didn’t push as hard as you would have liked, but you still did something and THAT is commendable.
Listen to your body. If you are hurting or weak, it may be telling you that a break is what you need. Sometimes taking breaks is important. So don’t be sad, hon, we are all rooting for you; and remember, you succeeded in the hardest part, getting started. It is not a failure as long as you try again tomorrow and keep giving effort. <3
